They provide accomodation for people who have retired from the retail industry at five estates across the UK. For those who have retired or are still working in retail a Helpline is provided which gives access to support, information, legal advice, counselling and financial assistance if required.

This involves the development of services, expanding the Helpline, increasing the award of financial grants, committing to a major refurbishment programme across all their existing estates, and adding to their portfolio of retirement estates across the UK.
