Terms and Conditions
Attendance of this event is only being offered FREE of charge to retailers' employees, directors and owners, charities, educational establishments, not-for-profit organisations and members of the press. All other attendees will be required to pay an attendance fee of £500+VAT. Please note: We may impose a limit on the number of attendees from a single organisation at our discretion.

For those who qualify for a FREE place, our terms state that should you cancel within 28 days of the event date, or should you fail to attend on the day, then a cancellation charge of £250+VAT will be invoiced to the company you represent, the details of which are required for registration.
